Programs & Services
Ubuntu Living is a transitional living program that offers a safe housing, wraparound services, and a pathway forward for clients. Ubuntu Living programs include; transitional living, training and employment, mental health services, and resource referrals.
The program provides transitional housing from men between the ages of XX and XX. Currently, the organization manages one home that houses XX individuals. This is a sober living house with structured programming for clients and 24-hour staff support. Staff provide case management for all clients.
Ubuntu Living provides job training and employment services to program clients, as well as employment opportunities for individuals in the community who work with our community partners.
Mental Health services are provided to all clients. Therapists also provide a monthly support group therapy session for participants that is also open to the public.
Ubuntu’s staff provide resource referrals to clients. These resources allow clients to have a smooth transition into independent living.
